As long as botting is kept under control, JSP shouldn't be an issue. My first flirt with Diablo was with D3 RoS, when I read that they were getting rid of the auction house. It does not add new items to the economy. Anything that someone buys with FG still has to be earned legitimately by another player. 99% of JSP users do not spend real money on it, and even for those who do, it is not like an official game cash shop, where items are generated by the server for the sake of the sale. #4: Pay2Win on JSP is really not as bad as people try to make it out. You would need several characters full of HRs to make a single trade. There are a bunch of things like Zbugs that are literally not even tradeable in-game, due to being so rare and sought after. #3: If it was not for JSP, D2 would have been virtually dead 10 years ago. JSP is a universal trade forum, it is not exclusive to official D2 servers. ![]() #2: Even in a private server, you would not be safe from JSP. It will be a couple years minimum before any private servers pop up. Nobody has the source code, so no private servers exist yet.
